This isn't a question of breeds getting along. Any dog will get along with any other dog provided it's properly socialized. Unless properly socialized, the Chow Chow often will not get along well with other dogs.
Generally speaking, a lab-pointer mix will have a shorter, wider snout than a lab-boxer mix. In addition, the "lointer" will never have a brindle (striped) coat, but the "loxer" might. Similarly, "ticking", or a mixture of white and brown or black hair, will not occur in the boxer mix.
