Use a small trap just big enough for the skunk to get in. It MUST be small enough to prevent the skunk from lifting it's tail. The skunk can't spray if it can't lift it's tail. Once the skunk is trapped he may be safely relocated. To release the skunk simply place the trap on the ground and open the door. I know that sounds scary but the skunk will nonchalantly walk out and away.
If someone is throwing dead fish in your yard, it means that whoever did it should be charged with illegal dumping of a dead animal. The police should be called.
Finding raccoons in your yard is a bad sign, period. Dead ones.. you should be a bit suspicious about the cause of it.

Depending on where you are located, I would check with the state forestry service. They have training foresters (under supervision) that may be able to take care of the situation.
Dead palm trees can be dangerous to have in your yard or near your property because they are more likely to fall over during storms or high winds, potentially causing damage or injury. It is recommended to remove dead palm trees to prevent any hazards.
It is bad luck unless you do not remove it before it begins to decay and raise a real stink as well as draw flies.
Yes it is
DON'T get them excited, back away slowly, then call Animal Control for pickup. They will gladly relocate your striped friend.
Probably illegal. Check with the "Animal Control" number at your city-hall/town-hall/village-hall or county government. They're the same people you'd call to get a squirrel out of your basement or pick up a dead skunk out of your yard.
If you find a dead hummingbird, you can bury it in your yard or garden, or place it in a sealed plastic bag and dispose of it in the trash. It's important to handle the bird with care and respect.
If you have a dead fish, you should dispose of it properly by either burying it in your yard or wrapping it in a plastic bag and throwing it in the trash. Avoid flushing it down the toilet or leaving it out in the open as it can attract pests and create a foul odor.
The answer is that Muslims believe that they are created from earth, so they should be buried when dead back into earth.
