Hydrogen Peroxide to clean/sterilize and you may want to use a triple antibiotic such as neosporine or like ointment/cream to treat and fight infection. I personally believe peroxide is ok but if you let a dog lick a spot where you put neosporine it can have damaging affects on the liver. Pleae ask your vet! ----
