I would suggest you not ride a horse if you are afraid of them. This is a choice to ride or not. I dislike Roller Coasters and will not go on one. I make that choice and so can you about horses.
or, if you want to get over your fear, start riding lessons with an experianced instructor. let her know that you are scared of horses, and they will help you.

To gain experience! When you grow older, you can say you've already been in horse- back riding and you know the general feeling of riding on horse back. Plus, it's fun! You can also win trophies and go to competitions...have fun!
no you shouldn't if you are the one who broke it in you should stick with it and form a bond between you and the horse where it forms trust in you to start riding it more regualy .
Usually the horse should be lounged before riding. For a horse that gets a little 'bucky' when you first start to ride this is a safe solution. Unless you use lounging as a cool-down I don't see the benefit of exercising a tired horse.
The horse has been domesticated for thousands of years. That's about how long Moroccians have been riding horses.
Before you can start jumping, you need to be able to control your horse at all speeds while just riding. before you start jumping, you should trot your horse over poles spaced about 10 feet or more feet apart to help your horse get used to adjusting its stride. when you do start jumping, you'll want to start out fairly low, like 1 foot, to get your horse used to it.
Never be sacared around a horse, they can sense your fear and it will make them just as scared as you. Be confident and get to know him again. Don't rush things or else the chance of you getting thrown will be higher.
Race horses start at about two although this is bad for them. If you are looking to start a horse you should wait until they are about 4 to start riding them. If the start too early it can cause problems later in their life
