Is 15 mph normal for a human to run?

Well, for a human, that's actually pretty fast if you can keep up that pace for longer amounts of time. Take firefighters for example, they have to run about 10 mph or so, and the way they run seems pretty fast. So 15 mph may not be exactly NORMAL if you ask most people, but it seems to be a lot better than majority of people you could ask.
