No, that's not too young. I have a rottie and shes 1 and has had puppies.
All there is,is Beverly Hills Chihuahua 1 and 2. 2 is about their (Chloe,Papi and the puppies) owners getting in trouble and the only way to save them is too enter a doggy show.
not for too long
it all depends on the chihuahua's disposition. She might become lazy or extremely playful. Many chihuahua's may come into heat around this time too.
Chihuahuas and Miniature Pinschers are very petite toy breeds...a bulldog of any sort is a blocky, stout, and solid dog...even the puppies. Responsible Chihuahua breeders know that cesarean sections are very common and bulldogs are taken by cesarean 95% of the time. Your Chihuahua mix will not be able to carry bull dog puppies and if she does, she won't be able to deliver them. Are you ready to spend upwards of $1000 for an emergency c-section, after care, etc for mix breed puppies? Or chancing that you will lose your bitch because the puppies will become too large for her to carry? Even if she was a larger Chihuahua and the litter and dam survived, she would physically be unable to feed and care for puppies as they would be too large and take too much nutrients, therefore, she would not be able to sustain herself and the puppies would be weak from malnourishment if they were not bottle fed regularly. Overall, a very bad idea. Leave breeding to those that devote all of there time to producing quality, purebred dogs that strengthen the breed.
No, they are too old. If they do, you will be risking their life.
She might be too old or have scarring from previous pregnancies.
Too Many Puppies was created in 1990.
With any dog, ages 6 - 7 is about it, for the dog's sake.
Yes there will be! It will come out in 2013 but not sure of the month yet. It's called "Chihuahua Too!"
not advised due to potential complications at birth due possibly size of the puppies. size difference in parents too great.
Hella too many, like two ta four, from my experience.
