A Miniature Schnauzer should weigh about 11 to 20 pounds when it gets mature. Make sure that this breed gets proper diet, training, grooming..etc to be in good shape. Here's more information about it, http://dogtime.com/miniature-schnauzer.html
A mini American Eskimo is usually fully grown by around 12-14 months of age. At this point, they will have reached their full height and weight. It's important to monitor their growth and adjust their diet accordingly.

It depends whether you have a minature, standard, or giant schnauzer. Usually, mini and standard schnauzers are full-grown by one year. I'm not sure with giant schnauzers, but would assume they would take longer.
mini schnauzer
Now this is only an educated assumption, but I would assume a mini schnauzer because mine doesn't shed at all.
i dont know the name of the Mini Schnauzer but it won in 1946 TLC
you will probably get a bunch of little schnausers that will vary in size as they mature
