Pigs skin is similar to that of humans and is also as sensitive. While pigs do come in a variety of colors, the color pink tends to arise due to the blood vessels under the skin.
They are not always pink but they can be. They can be spotted,black,brown or pink.

Some are. Depends on the breed. I had a pot-belly that was black and white.
