No, it is believed that all of Santa's reindeer are females because they have their antlers. Males shed their antlers in late November or early December and females do not shed them until they give birth in the spring.

It is actually hard to tell. Both male and female reindeer (caribou) have antlers. But they lose them at different times of the year. Most likely Dancer is a female like all the others in that team.

yes donner is a boy reindeer. I know because in the movie ruldoph the red nosed reindeer donner was his dad. :)
