I would avoid it, personally, only because I know that feeding an infant (human) honey is dangerous. This is because at such a young age, allergic reactions can be life-threatening. The main reason, however, is because of the risk of botulism toxins, which are found in nature and in many food products. However, with an immature digestive system, they are unable to cope with something we as adults can handle without incident.
Being that a puppy will also have an immature digestive system, I would theorize that it's a good idea to avoid honey and food products containing honey. Stick to Puppy Chow and mother's milk, or milk replacement fluid (which is good for them even if they were weaned properly... also a treat that they LOVE).
You can feed a puppy water and maybe milk.
They have to stay with their mother untill their eyes are open and they can feed themselves. After they can take their own responsibilites you can travel them. Seperating puppy with it's mother too early can be harmful for the puppy.
Very carefully. i think that you should feed the puppy milk but to make sure what you should really feed a motherless puppy take it to a vet doctor or call one and they can tell you the right thing to feed your puppy! so take care with what you feed the puppy before you take the puppy to a vet
you shouldn't feed it milk as the puppy get diarrhea and has chances to die
