no.your dog is probably having bad dreams.now the part where your dogs eye is open and white...its wierd for it to have its eye open but not to be white.when a dog goes to sleep the eyes sometimes roll back.so theres nothing bad for you to worry about but i would sugjest that you take it to the vet just in case. hope your dog is okay!
