It is not normal for a Shih Tzu's front paws to turn backwards. This condition, known as carpal hyperextension or "wrist drop," can indicate underlying issues such as joint problems, neurological disorders, or injuries. If you notice this happening, it's important to consult a veterinarian for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Early intervention can help address any potential health concerns.
yes
All of them. All tigers have four toes on their back paws, and five toes on their front paws. Just like normal domestic cats.
take to vet..
Yes, Polar Bears are able to walk backwards. I'm not sure what, why, or who studied this and put the research data together. But it would seem, that when most Polar Bears deficate, or go to the bathroom, they have a certain procedure they go through. This involves walking backwards several steps. They will walk backwards, taking larger steps with the front paws than, with the back ones, and in about five to six steps their front paws are almost on top of their back paws. This causes their "bum" to stick out, and then they can answer the call of nature, by lifting their stubby little tail deficating. For more details, I can't imagine there are, many more than this, but please see the sites listed below.
The Shih Tzu can have astma attacs. If it happends, lift him/ her up by her rear legs, almost so her front paws do not touch the floor, and hold for about half to one minute. She might stop breathing for a little while, but just hold her there and put her down gently. The cramps will be gone, Mia
