Yes it is OK for horses to be out in the pasture while it is raining. There should however be some sort of covering for them to stand under in case of heavy wind and downpours. It is a little different in the winter when horses should be protected with waterproof rugs .

First go to breeding and click on my office. There should be a few tabs. Click on the one which says "The safe heaven". 3 random horses will come up from safe heaven. It wont necessarily be the horse you put in but if you press stroke the horse will give you a surprise!
