Most vets can tell a pretty close guess. Some will for free.
It would be quite difficult to find free puppy pugs as people seldom give away dogs for no charge. The best place to look would be in an animal shelter, where one could find a dog that needs a home.
The pug is a very popular breed of registered dog. Therefore the amount of free pug puppies is very limited to those that are not full bred or that cannot be registered with the American Kennel Association. It is difficult to determine the number of free pug puppies in any given area such as Charlotte, NC or any other area in the United States.
They are free at the animal shelters, although sometimes you do have to pay for their shots.
One could purchase gifts for pug dogs through the online retailer, Pug Press. They have several different gifts for pugs. One could also purchase pug inspired gifts for a pug owner such as t-shirts, mugs and key chains.

A pug. A pekinese, not quite sure of the spelling.
A similar thing has happened with my pug on a few occasions. A simple answer is that your pug has an ear infection. This is definetly an issue around allergy season or if bacteria is growing in your dogs ear. If you contact your vet they should recommend a cream antibiotic. The flap ear of the pug is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria with a moist warm environment so be sure to keep it clean!
