yes, some people just warm up regular milk if they have too, check to make sure it's not too hot by putting ur finger in it to check that it's not too hot.. i recommend going to the nearest petsmart, they will ALWAYS help. they have some powder or something

there is goat milk available between 4-5.00 a can ,and just born powder formula for 20.00

A pup should not be drinking cow's milk, will cause diarrhea and is not good for them. Their Mom's milk is the only kind they should be getting until they are weaned. Once weaned they don't need any type of milk, just a good name brand puppy food, dry, such as Natural Choice Puppy. If for some reason they still need milk, then use something like Esbilac, canned milk diluted one part water to one part canned milk. There are lots of substitute milks for the dam's milk available in larger Pet shops or Feed stores.
