The best you can do is put your rabbits up high with no way to reach from above either, nothing to climb on so they can drop down on your cages. Some people use ferret urine to keep mice, etc. from the rabbitry. Cats don't like ferrets either so this might be a good way to keep them away. Live traps will remove cats from your area.
