I would wait until the stitches dissolve (or are removed by your vet).
yes
You could put your dog a warm cloth on him / her and quickly go outside and take a shower, if possible use hot water. Or use fire beside... :)
Dogs usually don't take showers. When their human bathes them, the human decides how long the dog should be in the bath or shower.
There is no right and wrong b*tch's for your dog, as long as the bi*ch is in heat the dog will like her, if your dog is neuterd then the best thing to do is take your dog down the isle of the nearest SPCA or where ever you're getting the b*tch and your dog can choose, there have been recordings of dogs making almost feral ones tamed enough to actually been sold out.
You could use a bathroom and use hot water :)

It's generally not recommended to take a shower with your dog as it may cause stress or anxiety for them. Dogs have sensitive hearing and the sound of running water can be overwhelming. It's better to give them a bath in a separate location with lukewarm water and gentle pet shampoo.
