My rabbit just had a baby a few hours ago and she is not really taking care of them?
Actually if it seems she is not caring for them then you just may not have caught her on her babies. Some mothers will stay on there babies just long enough to feed them and then get off again.
It is okay to touch the babies because even if your sent is on them she will take care of them. The only time a mother will not take care of her babies is if you touch a wild rabbits babies.
