well, if you say the dog is lethargic, you should keep the dog off to the side of the litter, and take car of it, by not lettting the other dogs jump on him, and wrestle. He might be just having a small puppy flu, but if you take care of him gently, and treat him well with care, he should be just fine. If he's not eating, that could be serious. He could have tapeworms, or some other kind of worm . You should visit yopu r vet promptly when they are open, and then your puppy will be fine. Happy to help!:)
