If the parents were sold on limited registration, they should never have been bred and their puppies will be unable to be registered at all
Registration varies from registry to registry. Many registries charge less than 50 dollars some more than 200 dollars. The foal has to have eligible parents in order to be registered or be the correct color for specific color registries.
It is if that's what the puppy's parents are registered in. I tend to prefer AKC, but the choice is yours.
A purebred Quarter Horse filly must be the product of two registered parents. The dam owner must be the holder/owner of the dam's registration papers for the foal to be registered as a purebred to that dam.
Parents can apply for a Social Security Number (SSN) for their newborn child by completing a birth registration form at the hospital when the baby is born. The hospital will then forward the information to the Social Security Administration, which will issue an SSN for the child.
Yes, you can still register a puppy if one parent isn't registered. You would need to provide the registration papers for the registered parent and complete the registration process with the relevant kennel club, providing information about the parent that is registered. Each kennel club has specific requirements and procedures for registration, so you would need to contact them for guidance on how to proceed.
You can try to submit a DNA test if you know who the sire and dam are. If the foal was at any point registered they would charge a fee and give you papers. If however the foal was not registered and if either of the parents are not registered the foal will not be accepted for registration as DNA proof is required.
Its doubtful. Most public school districts require a parents signature for registration.
I'm not really familiar with AKC, as I live in the UK. However, registration is only normally necessary for breeders, when they are breeding pups to sell. Both parents have to be registered, for the pups to qualify for AKC registration, to prove bloodlines etc.In UK you can still have a pedigree without KC registration, but most are registered from reputable breeders.See related link for more information on American Kennel Club.

parents spend roughly around 450$
No they are not. A "Pedigree" is a record of the lineage behind the dog, such as parents names, AKC numbers, OFA numbers, then grandparents, then great grand parents, etc. It depends on if you get a 3 or 5 generation pedigree. A breeder normally gives you a pedigree of your pup's background upon purchase or you can order a 3 or 5 generation Pedigree on your dog from the AKC. AKC records are the individual record of each purebred dog and has to be registered with the AKC. You can only get this if the parents were both registered with the American Kennel Club, AKC and the litter registration of their litter is registered with the AKC. The AKC will then issue out individual AKC papers for each pup in the litter. Hope that helps to explain the difference.
You can obtain a dual registration from CKC for your AKC registered Dog. AKC does not recognize CKC (Continental Kennel Club). Therefore your litter would need to be CKC registered. You can print out your applications at www.ckcusa.comIf both dogs are already registered with CKC you can register the litter for free on the CKC site.
