it dont matter to smoe but if you fed some really wild meat eatin animals you might get a bad reaction.
No you shouldn't. This can make them dependent on humans for food and they may teach that to their offspring. Lets say you see a raccoon in your backyard. You give it dog food everyday because you think its cute. That raccoon will come back later for some more food. If you keep on doing this, it will probably begin to try to get into your house to see what other Delicious treats your household has to offer. Raccoons are dangerous regardless of size. They can and will kill small pets. In general, bad things will happen to the wild animal and you if you feed them.
If you see an injured or sick wild animal and you're temped to feed it, don't. Call animal control. They will get it good again and release it back into the wild.
u should feed the wild cats carrots and lettuce
You should NOT feed wild animals.
bird feed
You should not feed any wild animal. They are capable of taking care of themselves and should never become habituated to taking food from humans.
The prey it catches or food it manages to scavenge.
Wild rabbits are herbivores. They feed on leafy weeds, forbs, and grass. Leafy greens of sorts should also be good for rabbits.
No, it is never wise to feed a wild animal. They are quite capable of finding their own food. To feed them would make them imprinted on humans as a source of food and they might lose their natural hunting ability and they would become pests. In many areas it is illegal to feed wild animals.
seeds
Wild baby rabbits can eat rabbit pellets, hay and carrots when they are two weeks old. Before that you should hand feed them.
There are really no wild kittens other that ones that are like lions. But if you want to feed a alley cat you should put some food on the ground and the walk a little but away. You should not try to pet it because it could be very sick, or meen, or even have rabies.
You leave the fox alone and free and feed it nothing. If it is a baby fox that is abandoned call a wildlife rehabilitator to care for the animal.
A wild fox, by definition, is not owned (it is wild) - in the same context of being a dog owner. Therefore, unless the fox is on the protected species list in Canada, I see no legal reason why you can't keep (look after) a wild fox.
