Yes because if a dachshund gets to cold it could become really sick.
13 degrees Celsius is considered cool or mild by most people. It would be sweater weather for some, but not extremely cold.
The Dachshund is usually described as clever, lively, and courageous to the point of rashness. He's bred for perseverance, which is another way of saying that he can be stubborn. ---- Boredom, cold weather, excessive weight, advanced age, and illness can make a dachshund appear to be lazy. Laziness could do it too. It happens.
A sweater is a good conductor of heat because it traps air in its fibers, creating a layer of insulation that helps to retain body heat. The fibers in the sweater are close together, reducing the amount of heat that can escape. This makes the sweater an effective way to keep warm in cold weather.
you should expect maybe cold weather in the Himalayas.
a sweater :)
Lots of (small) air pockets to act as insulators.
It depends on the time of year you plan to visit New Zealand. During their summer months (December to February), the weather will be temperate in all regions of New Zealand. During their winter months, it will be chilly in the north island at night (sweater or sweatshirt weather), and cold in the very south (warm sweater with a jacket).
You should start packing for a cruise at least a week before you go so you will have time to think about what you want to bring and to make sure there aren't any drastic changes in the weather...... you don't want to be on a boat with a sweater and its hot or shorts on when its cold...... :)
It can be anything from warm to cold but mostly weather is nice. You will need to layer something light with a heavier sweater or light coat.
That you should put on a sweater and you don't have night blindness.
Cold and snowy weather should be expected when temperatures are decreasing.
70 degrees is not so cold, and not so warm. Its enough to wear a not so think sweater and a nice pair of jeans. :)
