Antelope squirrels have several adaptations that help them thrive in their desert habitats. Their most notable adaptation is their ability to regulate body temperature by being active during the cooler parts of the day, such as early morning and late afternoon. They also have a light-colored fur that reflects sunlight, which helps to reduce heat absorption. Additionally, they can dig burrows to escape the extreme heat and store food for later use.
Antelope squirrels eat mainly small rodents like mice and rats. However, they will also eat crops, beans, and easy to catch insects.

Lions look differnt to an antelope beacuse they have differnt adaptations. They akso have differences depending on what they eat eg. a lion is a carnivore and an antelope is a herbivore. The lion is the predator so has a sandy colour to not be seen by the prey and has strong eyes to look around and spot the prey. The antelope has strong legs to run away from the predator as it is the prey. Also it has eyes on the side of its head s it can look behind himself. A prey may use it s adaptation for hiding from the predator and a predator may use its adaptation to look for its prey.
