Unless the mare and her son were already highly inbred there probably won't have a
significant problem with the foal. Ideally, this type of breeding in very undesireable, and should be terminated unless done with intent by a knowledgeable breeder who
has a good understanding of the breed, their bloodlines and superior bloodstock.

The hatched Pokemon won't always be shiny, but having a shiny parent helps the chances of shininess.

Samoyed Hereditary Glomerulopathy is caused by an X-linked dominant faulty allele, and only severely affects male dogs (renal failure). Females who carry the gene can develop mild symptoms, but these are not fatal. When a female carrier is bred with a healthy male, the offspring have a 50% chance of having the faulty allele.
One example of using "bred" in a sentence is: "The farmer bred his cows to produce high-quality milk." In this sentence, "bred" is used to indicate the action of mating animals to produce offspring with desired characteristics.
If their karotypes (number of chromosomes) don't match or if they are bred and fail to produce offspring or the offspring are infertile.
If you mean organisms, then it would be true-bred plants, for example, peas are true-bred plants.

It can but too much inbreeding will create health conditions.
Yes they do, it is because of their genetics. The toy poodle was bred from miniatures, which in turn were bred from standards. Each generation, the smallest of the offspring were bred together, causing the average size of the offspring to become smaller, as the genes for above average offspring were not being passed on. Eventually when the desired size was reached, the breeding was not as tightly controlled as before, so even within the breed their is a range of sizes. However a toy poodle will never grow to the size of a miniature poodle for example, as the genes for this size have been bred out.
Yes, during the period of slavery in the United States, some slave owners selectively bred enslaved individuals to produce offspring with specific traits, such as strength or intelligence, in order to increase their value as property.
