There are no predators for wolves, excluding man, who hunt them not for meat but for fur.

Grey wolves have no natural predators. Black bears, moose and caribou might kill them if the wolf threatens them, but not for food.

The grey wolf is at the top of the food chain. No animal hunts the wolf (except humans). Several animals are too big or fierce for the wolf (brown bear, black bear to name two).
