No. Many are yellow or other colours like orange and blue. so i have researched that male cats eyes are green and female cats eyes are more of a yellow than a green also cats eyes can be a shade of brown
well tortoise shell cat would have the speckled fur but you would really have to look for the eyes since their color of eye does not go by breed, but there may be one with sea green eyes you never know
