I don't know of any specific breed that can jump higher than a house. Thoroughbreds are good jumpers along with Warmbloods.
HI2 answer: ''all'' just all not all breeds
all breeds. houses cant jump!
If you mean the riddle/joke then:All breeds. Houses don't jump. :)Or if you're really serious then...:The highest record of a horse's jump was 8 feet 1 1/4inches. This was performed by Huaso, a Thoroughbred horse. I guess the answer depends on the height of the house.
Most of the light horse breeds and ponies can jump. While the draft breeds are currently being used to cross breed and produce larger horses for jumping they are generally too large to hold up to jumping themselves.
Yes a lot higher ! especially the Saluki and the Indian dog breeds which can jump 6 feet high !
Any animal that jumps can jump higher than a house, because houses can't jump!
Breeds of what exactly? A mountain lion for instance (which isn't a breed but a species) can jump up to a height of 3 meters.

Most all healthy horses can jump. But the best breeds would be Hanovarian, Warmblood, and other tall breeds with thick, strong legs. Never jump an overweight, lame, immature, or injured horse. It all depends on your horse's heath.
Labradors are known for their athletic abilities and can typically jump up to 4 feet high, which is higher than many other dog breeds.
Yes all types and breeds of horse can jump. However some types of horse such as heavy draft horses should not jump as it can severely injure them as they are not built to handle the impact of jumping.
