Your cat may have an anal gland issue, a skin infection, or behavioral issues causing excessive grooming. It is important to have a veterinarian examine your cat to determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate treatment.
Yes. Swollen lymph nodes are a very common symptom of allergies.
Take him/her to the vet immediately.
I am not a vet but when this happened to my cat her anal glands were infected. Not fun.
The red inflamed gums are the reason your cat is crying: She is finding it very painful to eat her food. Inflamed gums suggest the cat has some sort of dental or gum infection and should be taken to the vets immediately to be treated. There is very little you can do at home as dental infections usually start below the gumline and not on the tooth itself.

Genital herpes can cause testicular pain, men have glands in their inner thigh that can become inflamed with a herpes outbreak. When these glands are inflamed they become swollen and the nerve ending can cause a shooting pain from the thigh into the lower abdomen.
I think the black thorn is just a piece of feces. Your cat does not wipe like us of course. You can try wetting a paper towel and wipe your cat. It is probably inflamed because it has not cleaned that area. That's like you crapping and not wiping.
no cause it makes it worse.
