In this situation, the dog may be vomiting but also tends to show other unusual signs - disorientation, seizures, incoordination, dark colored vomitus (the stuff he's throwing up), etc. Owner's action: get the dog in the car and on the road to the vet immediately - this is potentially a life-threatening situation and needs medical evaluation as soon as possible.

I have a chocolate labrador puppy and he had the same problem. In the car, at home, he just vomited. If you think that this is to do with car journeys then I would advise not going in the car with your dog anymore and taking him to the vet to get some wet food - usually boiled rice and chicken - and it really does the treat. If he/she is just being sick at home then i would still advise going to the vet to get that wet food. Hope this helped
