After only two weeks (if you get my response in time) your kittens should be ok. On top of keeping your cat and kittens nice anc clean, go ask your vet for a tube of eye gel. I can't remember what it's called (which is sad because I'm currently in med school training to be a vet.) It is a small white tube with a clear gel inside that must be put on the kittens eyes every day and it will clear up any infection in no time. Hope everything goes well with your kittens!
