Before you actually BUY the Chihuahua(s) you should meet the dog(s) in person. Their personality and physical appearance are key factors. If the dog is shy or timid, maybe he isn't that well socialized. If he barks at everything, maybe he is very dominate. It just depends if you and him/her click.
