honestly you can wear watever colour you want... for competitions its usually a white or a biege colour. it aslo depends on how much dust there is around your horse.. how messy he is... if he is very messy (like mine) i would suggest somthing a bit darker... like a brown, black or a navy kind of colour.. but whatever colour you want.. you can wear it riding... i used to wear purple judphurs :)
if you race after every race event if you ride round for fun every 3 times of riding
the colour white is every other colour but white because of the pigments of every other colour let off the colour whiteshut up you, loner!!!!

You should service your MTB suspension every 50-100 hours of riding to maintain optimal performance and prolong its lifespan.
you should ALWAYS wear a helmet and body protector when you are riding you should ALWAYS wear a helmet and body protector when you are riding you should ALWAYS wear a helmet and body protector when you are riding well i would disagree, i have never worn a helmet and have never been really hurt from falling off or being bucked off, just a few bumps and bruises every once in awhile.

You get white light, the basic light colour you see every day.
She wears every colour, but her favorite colour is white. What colour clothes do you wear? Black? -.-
Depending on the use of the horse is how often a horse should have the shoes replaced. If you are pleasure riding, every 6-8 weeks is a good schedule. More often if the horse has more wear and tear on them and less if you are a weekend rider.
