What do poodles like?

Poodles love to run and play, especially males. They like to take a nap in the afternoon around 2 to 4 in a cozy soft bed. They love to be held and talked to. We can't leave out eatting, they love to do that. Poodles also, love to play in the water if it's warm enough in the 70's outside.

Poodles are naturally sweet and love people, but just like most other dogs, it doesn't matter what they are by nature, as the way they are nurtured will vastly reflect how they act. If they are abused as puppies or young adults you could possibly have a mean or constantly terrified poodle the rest of their lives in which they won't trust people.

All dogs, even within a breed, have a range of behaviours. Generally speaking, Poodles are very curious and friendly. They may approach strangers for a sniff and react positively if attention is given in return. However others may act aloof or be overprotective of their 'pack', their owner and family, etc.
