My cats out smart the dog toys. So really it depends on your cat's personality. If your cat is lazy then your cat would want a heat lamp so they can sun bathe. If you cat is curious then give it a box and put all kinds of toys and crumpled paper. Cats are really funny so you can start out with not spending money and crumple paper and throw it or take bottle caps or the seals of milk catons and throw them. Your just going to have to see what your cat likes to do.
