Its a white/grey with tiny specks (look it up under google images you will see different examples) 2nd. So you dont really call a flea bitten horse anything its a color. You maybe getting the fleabitten color mixed up with the appaloosa breed. The appaloosa breed is a horse with larger spots. In which you call the Appaloosa :D
