If it has watery and blinking and closing eyes a lot and everything else it does seems fine, it may go away after a while, or your puppy may have been born with it and it learned to get used to it. However, if it just started and it is irritated, look for eye drops recommended for his weight and/or height at your local pet store, or in the pet section of a store.
