leave it alone, they will clean themselves up, and then just either add a tiny thin layer of fresh bedding on top of where your hamster just walked, or just take a lysol wipe and wipe up the puddle , taking any wet bedding with your wipe, and then get a clean towel, wet it, wring gently, and then use it to wipe over the surface of where u just used the lysol wipe, to kinda give it a rinse? yep then just add back new bedding, and it will help prevent peeing in that spot (they are attracted to their own urine so if they peed there they will return there, its also a great way to potty train them, that dirty bedding, put some in a dish, add KITTY LITTER, or if u aren't sure if they will eat the litter use litter thats specially made for hamsters and small animals but they are like $5 a box worth maybe 1 cup? vs like 7KG of kitty clumping litter for $10, so yeah try first with $5 boxes see what happens, it can be the beginning of potty training and a fresher clean cage

No, cat pee can not kill a person. If you are in a house with a lot of cat pee, the pee can make you sick from the smell.
If your hamster does pee where it drinks its water you could try moving their water to another spot if this continues you can add a large dish with sand inside in the area that your hamster will pee alot and change their behavior.
It’s not ”normal “ I guess. They normally pee on you as a way to tell you they are scared of their surroundings or of you i hope this helps-

If a hamster gets stung by a wasp, it may recover and be fine, though it will have some swelling and pain at the site. Since a hamster is so small, it's also possible that the wasp will inject enough venom to kill the hamster. If your hamster gets stung by a wasp, call a veterinarian immediately.
