I would suggest keeping a very close eye on your dog to see if he has any reactions such as difficulty breathing, vomiting, swelling of the face, mouth or tongue, etc. If you see any problems, rush him/her to the veterinarian immediately.
Bleach (sodium hypochlorite) is a pretty noxious solution and very basic, so in many cases your dog won't even try to drink it unless it is very dilute. If you have bought household bleach and then diluted it down to use in the house and your dog drank some of that, he may be OK on his own.
This will somewhat depend upon the strength of the bleach water - if you can smell the bleach, you should take your dog to the veterinarian immediately for examination and possible treatment. Bleach is very corrosive and caustic, and if the bleach water was concentrated enough your dog may be developing gastric ulcers.
If you can't smell the bleach, I would still recommend calling your veterinarian and asking what he thinks - he will be able to talk you through some simple things to check to see how your dog is feeling.
Take him/her straight to your nearest vet and they can asses your puppy's state!!
Get a new puppy, dude.
If you can breathe, the puppy can. If you have used bleach water to clean somewhere the puppy will be, let it dry before it comes in contact with that area.
Why did ur dog eat something w/ bleach?!

The bleach will turn your toungue and all your insides white/orange like they do on clothes.
Could you put a drop of Clorox bleach in your own drinking water? yes, it's technically possible. However, it should not be done. Bleach is poisonous. Cleaning a puppy's water bowl with bleach is acceptable, as long as the bleach evaporates (dries) before water is put in.

If your baby drinks bleach, it is important to seek immediate medical attention by calling emergency services or a poison control center. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by medical professionals, as this could cause further harm. Keep the bleach container on hand to provide details on its strength and ingredients to healthcare providers.
