You can't 'get' your cat to like you. Cats make up their own minds about such things. What you can do is give your cat reason to like you by giving them enough essentials such as food and water, also a litter box, a scratching post (optional but preferable), and love. Also make sure when you are petting your cat and giving it love not to smother it. Some cats don't like to be cuddled, so don't make your cat mad. They should warm up.
