What do you feed a 2 week old baby mouse?

Well i have a baby Mouse and so far so good! we have been feeding it kitten milk. You can buy this at your local pet store! Also it might be hard to feed the mouse so try it through a small eye dropper. if your mouse does not want to take it the push slightly up on the nose and put a drop of kitten milk on the mouses nose. it will proably open and close it mouth. that means it is sucking in the milk.

Awww! So cute! I am a big fan of mice. I have been breeding them for a year and a half now and the first answer if correct. In one week they should get their eyes open and then they will need solid food and kitten milk. Keep decresing the amount of milk, until they are old enough to eat all solid food. Also make sure that when they are a tad older, find out what gender they are. If you do not want tons of litters of babies, separate them once they eat on their own. You should feed your pet mouse regular "Pet Mouse & Rat Food" at your local retailer store that carries pet food.But,there is also different things you can feed your pet mouse.You can feed them dog food (soft or hard),& even different kinds of berries.Their favorite treat is cheese,and,their most favorite,peanut butter.They may also eat paper or cotton.The most emportant thing to feed your pet mouse is garlic,which can destroy cancer cells,red grapes,which are an excellent source of flavanoids,which are proven to increase the levels of important enzymes.Also,Curly Kale,which is a good source of vitamins A,C,& calcium & posphorus.~Hope this advice works~ ~P.S.~It would be better for your pet mouse to eat hard food to where down their teeth,so they won't have long or sharp overgrowth. 1 week old baby mice will not eat hard food. At this age they are still drink their mother's milk. Keep the babies with the mom for at least 3 weeks, soon you will notice the babies will start nibbling on the hard food you feed your adult mice. By this time you may remove the babies and separate boys and girls, but DO NOT put any males in with other adult male mice. Hope that helps.

okay well i had 5 mice that i found on my farm, and like 1 and a half weeks had gone by and, all going well until i came back from school one day and a one mouse died, this was unusual and out of nowhere. So i ignored it but then through the days more and more mice kept dieing. I am writing this to you now i have only 1 more mouse left. I have now found out that after 2 or even 1 week(s) you NEED to have: 3 bottle caps (this is what used and it works because after they open their eyes they can lean up and get whatever is inside) and fill the bottle caps- 1 with soft food- another with hard food- and another with water. It is crucial that you have water inside the cage AT ALL TIMES, i had to learn this the hard way :/. To be more of use i will tell you what i put in the caps. As you know mice love almost anything that dogs eat- puppy milk etc. So i put a some amount of canned dog food into a a cap for the soft food. Bread for hard food and just water for another. Introduce the food to the mouse or mice ONCE at a time, this gives it time for in digestive system to adjust.

You shouldn't separate the mother and the mice. Leave them in the same cage or container. If the mother doesn't feed the baby mice, then you can feed it milk with an eye dropper.
