There really isn't anything that will produce an immediate bowel movement and, if there were, you'd want to be careful with that. This is a natural process -- forcing it would certainly be dangerous and potentially damaging to the animal. There are training techniques you can emply to speed up the process. Command the dog to perform, and instantly reward the performance, for instance. In this case, negative reinforcement is utterly worthless, but by positively reinforcing this behavior on command, you can get positive, healthy results.
Canned pumpkin is a natural laxative for dogs, but be cautioned, as this could be a sign of some sort of obstruction in the bowel. Your best bet is to see your veterinarian
