What does it mean when a dog trembles?

Pitbulls shake for a number of reasons,if it is a female she might be going into labour, a young dog recently taken from its mother some times shakes (mine did at first)

a dog that is nervous or scared

but the most common reason is that , the pitbull breed has a thin coat, and they get cold very easilly , so the best cure for that is, a warm blanket and a loving hand,

older dogs or dogs with separaion anziety shake too ect.

Dogs will also tremble with excitement. I have a dog that will tremble and even chatter his teeth when he is getting close to going for a run. Some dogs have so much energy that they are literally vibrating with it when excited. They can also tremble or shiver when they are cold.

probably licked or ate something that didn't agree with him. Toads are a good example. Should stop after a while.
