It could mean a few different things:

-You're out of shape

-You're nervous about something

-You live in a warm climate

-You have hyperhydrosis, a disorder characterised by intense sweating without cause.

Keep in mind that these are alternate scenarios. A lot of teenagers sweat heavily during puberty and grow out of it in their 20's. In the meantime, just be sure to shower every day, use an anti-perspirant, and if things don't improve, talk to your doctor. She may give you a very strong sweat blocking deodorant, or put you on medication to stop your sweating everywhere.
