it could just mean that she has diarrhea and is not used to her food. Maybe it's not the right food for her either. If the vet has given her all of her shots and checked for other diseases and the tests came back normal then that is probably the case. Change up her food and see if it changes. If not then you should explain what is happening to your vet and get his/her opinion.
With my dogs, if you change their food or give them food that isn't right for them, they get gassy, tend to have diarrhea and it usually smells.
