They are not eating their feet, but chewing on them. You would need to take your dog into a Veterinarian to get an acurate diagnosis but I would guess there is some sort of skin issue going on, such as a interdigital cyst or moist dermatitis. Check for a foxtail ot any other foreign object in between the toes or in the bottom of the foot. Check the feet thoroughly. Clean them up with an good antibiotic soap and pat them dry. A Vet would need to make a diagnosis for treatment. You do need to stop your dog from chewing on its feet though, can use a bitter spray such as bitter apple to stop the chewing.
