Suki is can be literally translated to "I like." Masen is used in Japanese to nullify or negate. Sukimasen basically means "I don't like." Saying Kirai, or Daikirai are also ways to say I dislike something/someone. They are more vulgar and are equivalent to "I hate." and "I really hate."
