Most breeds are great with scotties HOWEVER I recommend staying away from "bully breeds" ( and trust me i love bully breeds!) but these dogs are very DRIVEN and so are Scotties.....so if something happens it usually ends VERY BADLY! This does not mean they can't live together it just means I would personally recommend CONSTANT SUPERVISION

im 99% sure there isn't but there are some dogs that are closely bred to the westie that are black like the cairn, skye and scottish terrier. although the skye terrier is only black as a puppy
