The kitten is probably just winded. It's like when you fall on something solid, and the wind is knocked out of you. Leave the kitten to rest for a while and let her recover herself, and she should be better in a few hours. However, you should probably check the kitten for injuries. Some falls like that result in bruises or broken bones. Just keep an eye on her for a few days.

I have asthma and it stops me from running and doing as much sport from lack of breath so I fell left out I find swimming, cycling hard with lack of breath regaining breath is hard to I have to sit out of things for 5-10 mins waiting to get breathing again properly!
It be hard to define the word "kitten" because kittens come in all different shapes, sizes, looks and colors. In my opinion I would define the word "kitten" as a cute playful furry little cute ball of fun!
