What happens to dogs who lose dog fights?

Dogs from professional fighters have been bred & trained to inflict injuries on other dogs, so they can be difficult to house & care for safely. They are usually very friendly to people-they've been bred for this trait so that they can be easily handled during fights-but, unfortunately, these dogs can be extremely dangerous to other dogs.

All dogs in dog fights get hurt. They could loss a ear, tail, break an arm or leg, cuts and often fights are so bad enough it could most likely kill the dog. It is common that dogs that are used as "bait" in fights lose their lives.

Uh....My dog was in a fight yesterday,A dog randomly came up to her,Punced on her and wrapped its jaw's around her neck.

Tell someone straight away,An adult so they can see if the dog is okay!

Too many! Dog fighting has come into the open since the Mike Vick case. Hopefully more people understand the Horror of dog fighting.
