it depends on your body type, im 5' 10" and 145 lbs and im pretty slim.. anywhere from 145lbs to 190 lbs.. i know someone who is 5' 8.5" tall and 195 and doesnt have an ounce of fat on him, he is very all muscle.. you really cant put a specific weight on it however from 145 to 175 lets say with a normal muscle mass ect would be normal. you could do a BMI test thingy if you want a specific answer.. cheers from ireland..
